International orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX and are fully trackable. Please be aware if you select USPS that there is a possibility that your order not be trackable once it leaves the United States. We currently do not offer free international shipping.
International orders outside (The United States) may incur additional import taxes and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, once your order has left our facility we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. In addition we are not responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At this time, P+S is unable to provide free returns and exchanges on international orders. If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), we are happy to accept it in the event that you cover the postage. If you wish to do so, please email email@example.com . Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your email, as we are a small team! Not to worry, we will always honor your return or exchange based on the initial email send date, given that the delivery date falls in line with our policies.
