In order to return an item, please, FIRST REQUEST A RETURN by emailing us at email@example.com.
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Clothing items must be unworn and undamaged. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Pine + Sapling.
All items that have been modified by the addition of the nursing add on or marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.
All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days.* The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you.
Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At this time, Pine + Sapling is unable to provide free returns and exchanges on international orders. If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), we are happy to accept it in the event that you cover the postage. If you wish to do so, please follow the steps above.
*To be fully transparent, being this new, small, baby of a business that we are, one return can really hurt us. BUT we are striving daily to make things easier for you. We promise that as we grow, our return policy will become more and more lenient. With that being said, we urge you to let us know your concerns and we will do our best to find a fair solution if it is past the 14 days. We are a business that trusts our customers.
